BALOTELLI MIGHT MOVE ON

Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli has been one of the most controversial characters in English football over the last few seasons, and has already become a firm favourite with the fans.

He arrived at Manchester city in a £24 million deal from Inter Milan, but he seems to be worth a lot more on certain occasions and ridiculously expensive in other situations!

There can be no escaping the fact that Mario Balotelli is one of the most enigmatic characters in world football but has the potential to become one of the greatest players in the world. Mario Balotelli's teammate Yaya Touré is someone who acknowledges the fact.

“Whatever you hear about him is just newspaper stuff and I wish I had been as committed as him when I was his age. He is such a powerful guy and his concentration levels are unbelievable. He is young, so sometimes one or two things he does are maybe misunderstood, but for me it is all part of his charm,” 28-year-old Yaya Toure told betfair.

Mario Balotelli will be returning back to first-team action soon, as he has now completed the four match ban imposed on him after the match against Tottenham a few weeks ago. Balotelli was found guilty of stamping on Tottenham player.

Following the ban, the Italian striker's agent came up with the statement saying that it would not be long before Mario Balotelli actually decides to leave England if he continues to be victimsed. Indeed, playing in Italy would probably improve his internation chances, and probably help the country's chances on the Euro 2012 betting markets!

Sometime Mario doesn't help himself though - a few weeks ago he said that he would have been crowned the European footballer of the year had it not been for Lionel Messi....
