FIVE MILAN TARGETS IN JANUARY

The good times are here for AC Milan fans worldwide with the Rossoneri doing well in the Italian Serie A this season. The new league campaign is still very young but the early signs are that the seven-time European champions will have a good season after a decade of hurt.

AC Milan had been operating at a mediocre level by their usual high standards for the better part of the last decade.
Milan are unbeaten in the league dating back to the 2-1 loss to Genoa in March and this run has led to their rise to the summit ahead of the likes of Sassuolo, Napoli and Juventus. They have a two-point lead ahead of the next set of league matches in the Italian top flight.

In addition to their impressive start to the new league season, AC Milan officials are willing to improve the team with the signing of quality players in January. AC Milan fans had previously criticised the board over the lack of investment on the playing squad but that has changed in recent times.
Ex-Arsenal executive Ivan Gazidis is running AC Milan alongside club legend Paolo Maldini and the two men have done a good job going by the club's unbeaten run in the league. Two other teams, Sassuolo and Juventus, are also without defeat in seven league outings.
In a recent interview, Paolo Maldini told reporters that there's a budget for new players in the upcoming January transfer window.Milan signed the likes of SandroTonali, Brahim Diaz (loan), Jens PetterHauge, Alexis Saelemaekersand Pierre Kalulu in the summer and are ready to make more additions. The signings have all played their parts as far as their impressive start is concerned.
Ahead of the January transfer window, Milan are in the market for a new centre back as reported by Football Italia.
