Davide Zappacosta says that he is 90 per cent fit and is looking forward to playing in the remaining Serie A 2019–2020 season for Roma. He is in a loan deal from Chelsea to Roma on August 2019.
He had suffered aknee injury during the training sessions which led him to stay out of the pitchbut he was not a regular part of the team even before the injury. After taking a long period for his recovery he has returned back and has conveyed his interest to remain in the club for the rest of the season.

AC Milan has approached former RB Leipzig coach Ralf Rangnick to discuss about his availability as the new coach of the club. Milan isn’t having a good season from the beginning of the game. In 2019 –2020 season, they were in the 13th place in the initial stage of the tournament. Marco Giampaolo was sacked due to the poor performance of the team. Gennaro Gattuso was replaced by him but he only lasted four months. Presently the team is working under Stefano Pioli who has brought considerable changes in the team.

There are discussions going on when to resume the league. Italian Soccer Federation has decided to resume the league at the beginning of May. Italian league’s Serie A had their last match on March 9 when Sassuolo won the match against Brescia for three against none. The country for the past 6 weeks is absent of football league due to coronavirus.

Italy manager Roberto Mancini has urged Chelsea defender Emerson to make the return to the Serie A in order to enhance his prospects of representing the national team. The left-back was in good form for club and country at the beginning of the campaign but he unfortunately picked up a thigh injury on international duty.

Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers has said that midfielder Adam Lallana will evaluate his options during this summer’s transfer window. The England international has been with Liverpool for the past five-and-a-half years but he has been fancied to leave them on a free transfer when his contract concludes in June.
As a result, a number of elite clubs including Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, and Leicester City have been credited with an interest and Rodgers has openly hinted that the Foxes would make an approach for the former Southampton captain, he told: “Adam is a fantastic player and one I brought into Liverpool.”
